Smyrna Seracılık Tic. A.Ş. has adopted the principle of being a reliable brand through the importance it attaches to the production, quality and health of the universal standards at the sectors it operates and it has constructed its management and quality policy in line with these factors.

It has adopted the following main principles in an effort to ensure the sustainability of this policy:

• To define, assess and control the dangers towards the food safety starting from the acceptance of the raw material to the consumption of the products during the production,

•To ensure the health and safety of our employees, to increase their personal development and education, to constantly keep fresh the authorized team spirit through the knowledge and responsibility sharing in line with the principle of transparent management,

• To ensure the development of our suppliers by establishing a good and continuous cooperation with them, to monitor the outcomes and to make sure of the strength of all the production chains,

• To ensure the complete customer satisfaction, to offer our customers healthy and reliable products, to continually develop and improve our quality management system,

• To conform to law, business and society morality, to protect the environment and human health, to carry out production of the universal norms by applying high technologies and standards in the world,

Our goal, as Smyrna Seracılık Tic. A.Ş., is to apply the Total Quality Management as the principle of our company in all production stages of all the activities we operate.
